ACTIVE DUTY MILITARY, FEDERAL GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEE & PANELIST: FREE OF CHARGE

Business representatives with a veteran status. Though we thank you for your service, this rate does not apply to business representatives with a veteran status -this rate is for active duty military personnel and federal government employees who are tasked out by their units or agencies to support the event.


EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION: $500 EARLY BIRD
AFTER FEBRUARY 25TH: $550

Exhibitor registration provides an exhibit space with an 8-foot table, two chairs, electricity and table skirting; as well as admission for two (2) to pre-Summit activities on April 6, 2022 (Welcome Social and pre-Summit sessions); Summit on April 7, 2022 to include: a full program; light breakfast; lunch; beverages/snacks throughout the day; access to the exhibit hall and event materials. This rate does not include the SAME Golf Tournament, please see the Tournament flyer for contact and registration information.

If your exhibit requires more than the two individuals included in the exhibitor registration.  Please have those individuals register and pay as attendees.  Then email Courtney Smedick at courtney@ncmbc.us and she will manually move those individuals over to the exhibitor classification.


EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY

If the need to cancel occurs, please notify NCMBC in writing to courtney@ncmbc.us 30 days prior to the event for a full refund. Refunds will not be provided to those who cancel 30 days from the event. Refunds will not be provided for “No Shows” the day of the event.
