Virtual Pods
We are excited to offer “Virtual Pods” at the Summit this year to connect participating agencies with Summit attendees in one-on-one meeting interactions.
Where. Inside the Exhibitor Hall in the pipe-and-draped “Pods.”
What. Attendees can sign up for 5-minute meeting timeslots with participating agency representatives, making virtual networking a breeze! To keep things organized, posters with the 5-minute timeslots will be placed in front of the pipe-and-drape section, allowing attendees to easily sign up for meeting times during designated periods on April 23 and April 24.
The Summit is also providing business card holders and binders for materials, such as capability statements, labeled for each virtual agency office. After the Summit, the NCMBC will mail these materials, ensuring that business materials are shared with government officials who participated in the virtual meetings.
Don’t forget to prepare your questions in advance to make the most of your meeting time!
Appointments are first-come, first-served - book yours early!
You can start reserving your timeslots on April 22nd at 3:00 pm.

The North Carolina Military Business Center (NCMBC) is a business development entity of the North Carolina Community College System, headquartered at Fayetteville Technical Community College (FTCC). The mission of the NCMBC is to leverage military and other federal business opportunities to expand the economy, grow jobs and improve quality of life in North Carolina. The NCMBC’s primary goal is to increase federal revenues for businesses in North Carolina. The Department of Defense has an annual impact of $80 billion and is the second largest sector of North Carolina’s economy (12% GDP). With six major military bases, 116 National Guard and 40 Army Reserve facilities and the third highest number of uniformed military personnel in the country, the State of North Carolina created the NCMBC to leverage opportunities with these installations, DoD commands and federal agencies operating worldwide.
